Challenge: Michael White was tasked to manage this $3.6 million site improvements project.
Results: The Pressley Associates design team and Michael White worked closely with The Brook House 20 plus member Board of Trustees to develop a series of landscape improvements throughout the property that provided residents with a safe and accessible facility that is user-friendly and fosters positive interaction among community members. This project included improvements to the existing entry plaza pavement surfaces, plantings, exterior lighting and way-finding signage.
