Challenge: The task is to prepare options to restore the property as well as create a series of spaces for outdoor living.

Results: Our design team is assisting Halliday Construction Corporation with the development of exterior improvements for their Dedham, Massachusetts residence. This includes creating an inviting entry court terrace with seating and an outdoor kitchen to support large family gatherings. We prepared schematic design drawings and contract documents to outline the client’s requirements and goals.
